Position Qualifications
The position will work closely with the Training Coordinator to provide administrative support, answer and respond to calls and emails, manage training registration database and class schedules, provide oversight of training center maintenance, and assist with creating social media graphics. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and/or at least 2 years’ experience in office administration. The applicant will have strong communication skills, excellent computer, problem solving and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with web page editing, Mailchimp and Canva ideal. Experience with positive dog training a plus.
Location
- Flexible hours, with some evening and weekend work required
- Hybrid remote, must work 2 days/week in our Rockville, MD training center
